Ranbir Kapoor reveals if Alia Bhatt has stopped him from promoting Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar with Shraddha Kapoor - Times of India
Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are all set to showcase their sizzling chemistry in Luv Ranjan's upcoming film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. However, the two actors have been promoting their film separately since the trailer launch. During his recent media interaction, Ranbir was asked if his wife Alia Bhatt has stopped him from promoting the film with Shraddha. And the actor gave a pretty witty response to the question.
For the uninitiated, Ranbir had earlier revealed the reason behind him and Shraddha promoting the film separately as the makers wanted audience to witness the fresh pair on the big screen first. So when Ranbir was asked about the same during his recent press meet, he asked the reported not to spread rumours about him. He also clarified that Alia has never said such a thing.
"Wo kyun mana karegi? Aap aise hi afwah uda rahe hai. Aisa kisi ne nahi bola hai, aap controversy create kar rahe ho. Aaj kal mere life mein koi controversy nahi hai (Why will she stop me? You are spreading rumours, Alia has not made any such statement, you are trying to create a controversy. There is no controversy in my life at present)," Ranbir said.
During his another media interaction, Ranbir had expressed his desire to reunite with Alia and their baby daughter Raha once they return from Kashmir. He said that he has been missing Raha a lot.
On the work front, Ranbir also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga's upcoming directorial Animal with Rashmika Mandanna. He is also in talks for Kishore Kumar and Sourav Ganguly's biopic.
